Every time I open the app, I have no idea if it will work or not. There are some good ideas in the app such as being rewarded for checking in and entering giveaways, but its terribly painful to use and the UI in general is less than desirable.

It doesnt even let me register even when I change different passwords to try. Gives no explanation, only "Something went wrong"

I get the same error message as user above on IPhone IOS10

Even the latest version is very glitchy. Better off going to their regular web site. The app is not very functional and not worth the time

Nt a bad idea for a company to get more sales with daily carrots to give away. Would be good if the app didnt crash so much or just simply not work a lot of the time. Even after quitting and restarting daily checkin doesnt work half the time. Update dec 2016 Review still stands. Chat works ok - when there is someone there at the other end. But app tends to hang up and/or crash a lot.

A link on their site brought me to this app. It promised Lower than web prices, with screen shots of prices displayed via the app. In use, selecting a product and the clicking Get deal gives you a popup prompt to call them for a price (or telling you its out of stock). Not what was advertised, so one star for doing nothing a web browser could do.

A few months ago I would have rated 5 stars, but now it would be 1 or 2, so Im kinda splitting the difference hoping they will fix all the new bugs. It has become insanely slow if it even moves at all. The rewards area is buggy as hell, and as hard as I try I am only able to enter for about 1/4 of the things I should be eligible to enter for. Today For instance I checked in and wanted to enter the daily draw, but somehow I had 2/1 checkins which is I guess too many, so it wouldnt let me enter. Lol.

You dont even get prices with this app. Ive installed on 3 devices but still no "best pricing". All it says is call us for the best available deal. Waste of time.....

A waste of time. There are no deals or special pricing. You just get a message to call them for a discount which you could do anyway. Not scaled for ipad. There is no point to this app.

Cant log in. Cant chat to ask questions. Dont waste yer time.

First off, Proaudiostar is an awesome company. I have purchased lots of Pro Musical equipment from them over past 2 years. Unfortunately this app is useless on an iPad air2. No deals without having them contact you which you can do by going to their website, no chat which you can do on their website, and the basic functionality is dis functional at best. This app seems to have been developed just to capture your identification so they can email you relentlessly. Deleting the app after the review. Sorry guys. Cant believe Apple let this one online as it is basically a limited front end for your website.

App is smooth and runs great, love the giveaways and videos. Always buy exclusively from PAS so gotta have this app.

I love this store! And the app is amazing! Great company!

The app can be very sticky at times and definitely needs a lot of work. The descriptions for items are very awkward to read and shouldnt be confined to the small box and pictures sometimes display incorrectly. Those are the main issues ive had other than other miscellaneous bugs and stuff than im sure are already being fixed. Other than these bugs i love the app and i love the idea of the check in giveaway feature. Im looking forward to future app updates.
