The app sends notifications several times a day for special offers and discounts, you just for viewing those offers get points. But sometimes the app does not work, sometimes send a notification of items you already check, or when it gives you an item to check it does not work to earn the points. This app needs to be fixed for so many bugs. Also, I dont know about the truth behind the winners of the products that they put on these "prizes". The pictures are really bad!

Once installed it hangs a lot and also locks up my 6+ 128 gig. Needs a lot of work. Shame as I do purchase from them on the web. Also I do not like being told I can enter a contest for thumps but that actually never comes up. Deleted maybe next time ProStar

Nt a bad idea for a company to get more sales with daily carrots to give away. Would be good if the app didnt crash so much or just simply not work a lot of the time. Even after quitting and restarting daily checkin doesnt work half the time.

Been happy with this app, but it doesnt work anymore. Crashes or network error when I do anything with this app. Major bumout

Check in fails sporadically, app often quits when attempting to view products or check in. No way to order featured product.

App worked great until the last update. Crashes every time I check in. I have actually won one of the daily prizes (havent received it yet but) it is a legit program for prizes.

Very disappointing foray into the iOS app market by ProAudio Star: - crashes constantly - reward / points system doesnt work - prized not updated (particularly the weekly ones) This app has actually damaged the stores image for me. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Great company Ive bought products from. Yay they have an app. Their developers need to get their app working. Actually it was a 2.5 star before last update. Maybe they need a new developer who isnt a college student or they need to pay their bill to pro developer. What are the give away stats? How many entries per day? What are the odds on winning. Bugs bugs bugs bugs. Great concept. Daily check in works nearly half the time. Nearly Id buy from these guys any day over the competition but I just deleted their app.

The app wasnt the best before. But it seems they just updated and now its plain awful. Crashes, freezes, doesnt return the same search results as the website (way less in app). And worst of all is be navigation. I had to press back through endless pages every time I wanted to return to the homepage to do another search. Better off using the website until they make a decent app.

App work only some of the time. Crashes a lot and sometime no functionality. Also chat/supervisor "Tim" are completely unprofessional and at one point stated " dude get a life" when I asked questions about give away policies. In addition Ive notice that the same ppl continue to win 3-4x. A little questionable if you ask me.

I just upgraded because there were supposedly bug fixes in this update. Ive tried to enter the daily contest five times and was successful only once. The app is very slow, and often hangs and freezes, then after a quit and relaunch is completely unresponsive. I tried to buy the deal of the day, but was unable to. Proaudiostar, you have a very good marketing idea here. I bought several things from you when you had version 1.0 (which worked beautifully) but Im about to delete the app again, and once youre out of sight, youre out of mind...

The app constantly freezes forcing you to force close and reopen.

Works like one in a thousand tries. Constant freezing and crashing. Not worth the download. Spend some money on developing a proper working app or dont release one. Its a good idea which was horribly, horribly executed. Get a new app developer because they obviously have no idea what theyre doing...

App constantly freezes when using any function. This is the worst update so far, its actually regressed from previous versions. The developer needs to do more testing before releasing to the public, or at least have a mechanism in-app to report bugs. (That said, the store is reputable and Ive always had a good experience. Its just that their app is terrible.)

I got this app because apparently you have to have it to enter the giveaways. I was never able to enter a single one due to the unreliability of the app.

App is so bad freezing all the time and the prices are more high then other websites

This app its amazing, im in love with this app

I want to keep this app but it crashes after a few swipes. Hope they fix it soon.
