Grabbed the app for the giveaways and followed directions as the website shows no sign of such a category. "Daily winners" were announced randomly and far from daily. In fact the math doesnt even add up. Bummer as I have purchased from them and had no issues. If the incentive to attract more customers actually worked properly, they might actually see some results. Now the app crashes every time I open it. Frankly disappointing is all. Hope they remedy asap.

This app used to be good. When I open it the last few days it force closes. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and it hasnt been fixed. The last couple of months there have been days with no available check-in for giveaways. Please fix soon.

Very flaky app that tends to be sluggish when it works at all. Its spent the past three days crashing on start, so has become useless in all respects.

Let me begin by saying that they actually do give away the prizes. I won one. Thats when the trouble really started. The app has always been a bit buggy but after I claimed my prize through the app, it became unresponsive. I did the usual things, reboot my iPhone, delete and reinstall the app. Nothing works. I just get the white splash screen that attempts to connect and then disappears. Contacting support has yielded no results. Sure hope they figure this out.

Ive had this app since early last summer. About two months ago the display of who won prizes disappeared and it is now blank. Theres no point in trying to win a prize if you have no way of determining if youre a winner. You generally have to open the app let it freeze, force it closed and open it again before you can attempt to check in and win a prize. Monthly and weekly prizes have disappeared and there is only the occasional daily price. Beginning today, February 3, the app does not open, it immediately crashes. The above indicated problems are identical on my iPhone 6s and for my friend who uses the app on an iPad.

App crashes on startup

This app just crashed and hasnt recoverd !!! It needs fixing !!!

On occasion it actually works, but usually not. They told me to uninstall and then reinstall, but it still doesnt work very often. Someone at ProAudioStar is asleep at the wheel, and pissing off otherwise valuable customers.

The app seems to be nearly abandoned. The "Daily Rewards" check-in hasnt worked in over one week, making the possibility to accrue enough check-ins for the Monthly giveaway almost impossible. Good place to buy gear, however, but the app needs work.
